LO2 Task 3: Specific team role

Our exhibition team consists of myself, Alex Raynes and Jake Dungworth.

Jake's task is to organise the venue and design plan, create a treatment for 'Matilda' and decide upon and curate content for the Exhibit.

Alex will enquire about catering costs and create and budget plan as well as produce a production schedule for the preparation running up to the event date.

And I will be making promotional advertising possibly including postcards, risk assessments and assist with production schedules.
